The Nines
The Nines subdivision, located on the west-end of Billings, is a mixture of single family homes with detached garages and/or outbuildings to smaller luxury villas for people looking to downsize but still have custom made features. Mac Leffler Construction is one of four exclusive builders for this new west-end development. The Nines subdivision will start to become the center of the west-end with large open parks, a walkway, and close proximity to Elder Grove Elementary and the new Elder Grove Junior High. In addition, a community pool house and fitness center will be the heart of the subdivision.
